What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Credit/Debit card payments.
What’s your return policy?
We strive to make all our customers happy however, if there is a problem with one of your purchases and for some reason you are unhappy, we will accept an exchange or refund for orders within 2 weeks of your purchase. Simply send the item back with the original receipt, on the receipt, leave a written mark stating the return and the reason for the return. The item must not have been used, worn or washed, and unfortunately, we do not cover the postage costs for returns. If you want to exchange your item, simply leave a note on the receipt. If you request an exchange for a different product, we are happy to do this as long as it’s the same price and in stock, just state which item and size on the returned receipt. Exchanges will take 3-5 days to arrive after we receive the return. Refunds on original orders can take up to 2 weeks to be processed via PayPal. Sales items cannot be returned for a refund, they can only exchanged for another item, unless faulty.
Can my order be changed or cancelled?
Unfortunately, once we have dispatched your order, we are unable to cancel it. If you message us beforehand through one of our platforms (Instagram, Facebook or Email), we will do our best to help you!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do but shipping charges are higher than standard postage.
Can I represent your brand?
NOIDEA. is always looking for new ways to help promote the brand further from up-and-coming musicians, extreme sports talents or even people who want to help out to promote the brand. For people looking for promotional work as a sales rep, please message us with a few details about yourself and how you believe you can help. If we think you're right, we will add you to our rep Facebook group, where you will have the chance to earn money, get discounted clothing and win free tickets for up and coming events.

We are always keen to receive customer photos, so if you find yourself looking sharp in a NOIDEA. garment, then tag us on a social media platform and we'll do our best to share your picture!!
Do you create events, and are you looking for DJs?
Yes, we do, who doesn't like a great party? We're also open to collaborations, so if you think your brand would work alongside ours to create a fantastic event, please drop us a line via the contact page. Here at NOIDEA. we love music from all genres, so if you send us a mix, we'll have us listen and consider you for our next up-and-coming events.
